A Canadian college had arm scanners and structured light scanners in its engineering lab, and Geomagic licences bought through us. We trained its team across Wrap, Design X and Control X, so the lab could teach the full path from part to engineering output.
The lab had the hardware and three Geomagic products, but they were largely untouched. There was no plan for how students would get from a scanned part to a clean mesh, a CAD model or an inspection report.
The team needed to learn the software themselves, and wanted a structure they could teach from each semester.

Turning raw scans from their arms and scanners into clean, usable meshes.
Rebuilding scanned parts as editable CAD models students can take into their design work.
Comparing scans with CAD and reporting the deviations, the way industry checks parts.
Every module tied to their own hardware, ready to become part of the curriculum.
The lab came away with the skills and a curriculum-ready framework it can build on and expand each semester.
We have run training like this at several colleges and universities across Ontario.
